The Boydell's restaurant and cellar door is located in Morpeth. Our venue is an extension of our award wining wine brand. It is a place to showcase Boydell’s wines, to tell our story and to introduce people to our brand in a casual fine dining setting. We strive to provide exceptional customer service and to provide an unmatched food and wine experience in the Hunter by exceeding customer expectations. As restaurant Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the restaurant which currently trades Thursday-Sunday lunch and dinner service. You will ensure a seamless customer experience, mentor and train staff, leading from the front, liaise with the phenomenal kitchen team to ensure smooth service and good vibes and continue the solid growth of the business.
About you
- Extensive experience in casual fine dining service
- Previous management experience desirable
- Passionate about expectational customer service
- Lover of all things food and wine
- Efficient communicator and leader
- Can do warm and friendly attitude
The venue is in the development application phase of a plan to increase the size of the venue from 48 to ~80 seats providing an opportunity to really grow the role.
