AddressWe are looking for a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor to join our award winning restaurant.
We are open Thursday to Sunday for lunch and Friday and Saturday for dinner - giving you over 3 days off a week to explore and enjoy everything this amazing area has to offer.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager or Supervisor, depending on experience, to oversee our FOH operations and ensure our guests receive the highest level of service. This role requires a hands-on leader who works on the floor as well and can manage a great team, maintain high standards, and contribute to the overall success of our establishment. The role reports into the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, including FOH staff management, customer service, and inventory control.
- Ensure a seamless dining experience by maintaining high standards of service
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Handle customer feedback, and complaints with professionalism and promptness.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to coordinate menu offerings and special events.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.
- Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven current experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a fine dining restaurant is a must.
- Mixologist / Beverage creation & management is also keenly desired
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems
- A passion for providing outstanding guest service and a commitment to excellence.
