THE VENUE

Opening spring/summer 2022 Settimo takes its cues from the Amalfi Coast, presenting beautiful Italian coastal cuisine that celebrates Brisbane’s coastal sensibilities whilst upholding Grossi’s Italian heritage through every touch-point. Settimo invites you to experience the simple flavours, friendly hospitality and vibrant energy of the Amalfi coast. THE GIG

Settimo is seeking the best of the best industry talent that embodies ‘sprezzatura’, the Italian notion of considered nonchalance, to bring the full Settimo experience to life. Key roles will have the opportunity to experience an exchange program in Melbourne working directly under Guy’s mentorship.

Restaurant Manager

You will be a highly experienced leader and professional with an outstanding track record of Restaurant Management. You will deliver genuine hospitality, coach and mentor the team and find the balance between being a hands on leader and ensuring admin duties are complete in a timely manner. You are highly motivated, and aim to consistently provide service perfection and ensure your team excel. You will be responsible for a large team of service staff and sommeliers, the preparation and delivery of exceptional guest experiences, effective communication, team cohesion and ensuring team and guest engagement is at the forefront of every day.

Successful applications should have significant food & beverage experience in leading standalone restaurants, and be able to deliver authentic hospitality with a passion to continuously further knowledge and skill.
