Leading a team of up to 20 you will be the face of the brand in a popular CBD location. Manage rosters, food quality w full financial accountability! We are currently looking for the BEST Restaurant Managers in CBD!!!You will have the chance to join a dynamic & innovative premium Sydney based hospitality group!! Lead one of their fast paced Sydney locatione based in teh beautiful Circular Quay.The role:

• Restaurant Manager - you will be the face of the brand!
• Lead teams of up to 200 in a fast paced service/back of house environment
• Help your team achieve customer service & productivity goals
• Full financial accountability for the restaurant; manager COGS, wastage & salaries

What we are looking for:

• Restaurant Manager with 5+ years in quick service/fast food businesses
• Love leading teams of 20+ & passionate about developing your people
• Highly developed skills in admin, controlling food costs and wages
• Passion for developing yourself & those around you
