The role:
- Restaurant Manager - you will be the face of the brand!
- Lead teams of up to 200 in a fast paced service/back of house environment
- Help your team achieve customer service & productivity goals
- Full financial accountability for the restaurant; manager COGS, wastage & salaries
What we are looking for:
- Restaurant Manager with 5+ years in quick service/fast food businesses
- Love leading teams of 20+ & passionate about developing your people
- Highly developed skills in admin, controlling food costs and wages
- Passion for developing yourself & those around you
