Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will lead and motivate the restaurant team, manage financial performance, maintain high standards of food quality and service, and uphold brand reputation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for hospitality.Responsibilities:1. Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, and customer service.2. Hire, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.3. Set performance goals and objectives for the team, monitoring progress and taking corrective action as needed to achieve targets.4. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and employees.5. Manage inventory levels and food costs, implementing strategies to minimize waste and optimize profitability.6. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.7. Monitor guest feedback and reviews, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.8. Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to attract new customers and drive revenue growth.9. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus, ensuring variety, quality, and profitability.10. Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other business partners.11. Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.12. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes, adapting strategies as needed to remain competitive.13. Foster a positive work culture based on teamwork, respect, and accountability, promoting employee morale and retention.14. Uphold company values and brand standards, consistently delivering an exceptional dining experience to guests.Requirements:1. Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry.2. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, employees, and stakeholders.5. Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and financial analysis.6. Proficiency in computer software applications, including POS systems and Microsoft Office suite.7. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.8. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.9. Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations, with a commitment to upholding standards.
