Offering creative and traditional Indian flavours, Aroma Indian Cuisine Pty Ltd operates fully licensed fine dining restaurants serving authentic Indian dishes.
Our recent expansion drive has allowed us to add 2 additional fine dining establishments in. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.
Your responsibilities will include:
- managing day-to-day operations to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly.
- planning menus and events with the chef
- monitoring and maintaining quality standards for food and service.
- implementing and enforcing health and safety regulations.
- ensuring a high level of presentation and upkeep of the restaurant premises.
- hiring, training, and supervising staff members.
- interacting with customers to gather feedback and improve services.
- implementing strategies to increase revenue and reduce expenses.
- support staff by taking reservations and orders.
You will have:
- prior full-time and relevant industry experience of at least 2 years.
- an acceptable qualification to Diploma level or higher.
- 3-year additional relevant experience in lieu of a qualification.
- appropriate rights to work full time in Australia.
- organisational, team management, budgeting, customer management skills
Experience within 5-star rated establishments is preferred but not mandatory. An annual salary between $70,000 to $73,000 plus superannuation will be paid to the right candidate.
