As our Restaurant Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our restaurant's success, overseeing day-to-day operations with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leading and motivating our team to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
- Ensuring seamless dining experiences for our guests, from reservation to departure.
- Managing large group bookings and celebrations.
- Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximise profitability.
- Implementing and enforcing health and safety standards to guarantee a safe dining environment.
- Collaborating with the management team to develop and execute marketing initiatives and promotional events.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a higher-end dining establishment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with staff and customers.
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities to handle various challenges effectively.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
