Bloom is looking for an exceptional Restaurant Manager to lead our FOH Team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with our broader management team in achieving high levels of customer service and experience! This is a full-time position.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee all front of house operations
- Staff management including rostering, performance management and training
- Respond to email enquiries and manage long lunch functions (19 - 30pax)
- Maintain and advocate for quality and consistency through systems and leadership
- Work with broader management team to achieve team oriented KPI’s
Must haves:
- Experience in leading in a restaurant environment including table service, managing stock levels and general operations
- Exceptional customer service and ability to lead by example
- High level of attention to detail and organisation
- Sound technology skills including working with POS, booking and payment systems
- Genuine passion for food and beverage industry with ability to understand current trends
