Restaurant Managers

EMBR Hospitality is on the hunt for a number of Restaurant Managers to work across our Unley and Glenelg locations. 

Dolly is a suburban wine bar located in Unley, with a heavy focus on food, cocktails & high end service in a relaxed format. Operating 4 days a week, Wednesday through to Saturday, with the occasional function on Sundays.

Oliveti is our newest addition to the group, located on Broadway in Glenelg, Oliveti will be a 100 seater Modern Italian restaurant operating across 5 days, Wed- Sun, and is set to open in May. 

We are seeking a passionate and driven hospitality professional to join us on a full time basis. The candidate will be supported by our senior management team to oversee staff with a focus on team culture, communication and training. 

 Experience in all hospitality operations is essential and previous experience in a management position is required. A strong knowledge of wine, cocktail & staff training would be beneficial.
