Position Description- Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain high standards of beverage quality and presentation.
- Manage functions and events.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Implement promotional activities and manage social media presence.
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar hospitality role.
- Previous functions experience highly desirable.
- Experience with End-of-day procedures (closing tills and sales reports).
- Ability to manage a team and foster a positive work environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Experience with inventory management and ordering systems.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
