Job Description
Oaks Broome Hotel are currently looking for a dynamic and professional leader to join our Restaurant as a Restaurant Supervisor on a part time basis.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Ensure smooth and efficient daily floor operations of the restaurant, bar and conferences at the hotel.
Develop and maintaining a strong understanding of the company's food and beverage features to promote to clients.
Liaise with the kitchen during service periods to ensure quality service and presentation.
Supervise, train and assist your team of Food and Beverage Attendants.
Qualifications
Previous operational experience managing a Food and Beverage team
Experience in Rostering, Wage Costs and Budgeting
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
Current RSA certification and food handling certificate
High attention to detail
Strong work ethic and punctuality
Availability to work a variety of shifts, Monday - Sunday
