Restaurant Supervisor

Club Cronulla is hiring a experienced functions coordinator/supervisor to lead the restaurant team.

We are flexible around working hours of the applicant.

Duties:

• Answer phone calls for any inquires.
• Replying emails, confirming the bookings.
• Communicate with team, rostering for front staff.
• Should be available to work weekends.
• Convert inquiries into confirm bookings.
• Maintain restaurant service standards.
• Communicate with head chef & GM for upcoming events.
• Training Staff members.
• Overlooking the day to day operations of restaurant & functions.

We will provide a work mobile, laptop to work remotely.

Immediate start required.

At least 2 years experienced required in a similar role.
