This role works directly with the owners in overseeing operations of the day-to-day responsibility of running the Restaurant.
The role is:
- Part time or Full time role.
- Restaurant open Wednesday to Saturday.
Essential criteria:
- Relevant hospitality experience in Restaurant and Bar Service (min 2 years) RSA
- Friendly persona with exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to effectively communication to all members of the team, from juniors to owners
- Proven ability to lead a team successfully. (We are looking for a hands-on person who leads by example!)
- Stock control & ordering
- Attention to detail
- Flexible and reliable
- Computer skills and cash handling
- Well presented
- An understanding of wines & food/wine pairing
