We are seeking an experienced, passionate dynamic Restaurant Supervisors for all stores in Penrith and the Blue Mountains area.
Summary:
As Restaurant Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising staff on shift, delivering an exceptional customer service experience and ensuring the venue looks great at all times
Responsibilities:
- Manage, train & develop FOH staff
- Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
- Create & develop weekly cocktail specials
- Oversee day to day bar orders
- Complete daily administration tasks

- Proven ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- A true passion for delivering the best possible customer experience
- Current RSA & Drivers License
- Experience training & mentoring staff
