The San Telmo Group is looking for bright hospitality fanatics to join our management team at Robata.
Our five CBD restaurants boast some of the most exciting and unique experiences in town.

The day to day of this role is to ensure the smooth running of lunch and dinner services at the venue. You will prepare for staff briefings prior to the shift and help your team to provide an amazing experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Eventually you will be involved in mentoring staff, recruiting new employees, and training them to excel at sales and customer service.
The ideal candidate would be someone with front of house restaurant experience in a service and sales focused environment. They have a positive attitude and a desire to learn and progress within the industry. We ask that you have experience running a busy section in a high-end restaurant and the capacity to commit to more than 2 years.
