Restaurant Supervisor

We are looking for an outstanding Food and Beverage Supervisor to ensure our guests have a wonderful experience. We are looking for a friendly personable, experienced and well presented Team Leader who will fit into our culture of delivering outstanding customer service.

The duties and responsibilities include:

• Meeting, greeting and serving guests with the utmost professionalism
• Manage a team of staff and delegating as required
• Taking and delivering Food & Beverage orders
• Set up and servicing of functions
• Coffee and beverage service
• Basic cleaning and outlet presentation
• Bar service including cocktails
• Assist in the office as required
• be able to train less experienced team members

The applicants we are seeking will have:

• Minimum 2 Year restaurant experience in A la Carte
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Display immaculate grooming and presentation
• Show initiative and willingness to learn
• Be reliable with a friendly and outgoing personality
• Be team focused

We need someone who is flexible, available 7 days a week for a rotating roster. This role is Perm /Part time, minimum 30 hours per week. 

This role will focus on predominantly evening shifts, however, may include occasional lunch shifts.
