Did you hear the news about MONOPOLY DREAMS Melbourne!!! We are on the lookout for a talented Restaurant Team Leader.

We are opened in Melbourne Central soon, MONOPOLY DREAMS Melbourne will be the largest MONOPOLY-themed experience in the world - a fully immersive and interactive experience featuring games, challenges, augmented reality and hologram technology. We will also have an upmarket Food and beverage section and a retail section to compliment the experiences of our Guests.

As a Team Leader, you will be:

Reporting directly to the Restaurant and Retail Manager and working closely with the food and beverage and retail team; some of your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Mentor and coach the food and beverage team in the art of coffee and cocktail making.

Take ownership of the guest experience, ensuring consistent service and high levels of product knowledge amongst the team.

Providing excellent and consistent takeaway food and beverage and retail products from café to retail.

Managing product storage and rotation activities to reduce wastages and damages.

Oversee performance, providing guidance and support to the team.

Carry out some weekly ordering.

Working closely with the food and beverage management team to deliver continual consistent service and maintain quality standards.

To become a Monopoly Resident, you must have:

Experience as a barista highly essential

Experience working in a food and beverage/ retail environment

1 year of experience in a supervisory role

Excellent presentation and communication

A truly customer-centric approach and ability to work under pressure.

Great at training skilled and non-skilled team members.

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

A valid VIC RSA or keenness to get one!
