We are looking for a reliable, experienced, and confident leader to lead our Front of House team in providing the consistently best dining experience to our beloved customers.
About the role
As the Front of House Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in assisting with the F&B operation, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction aligned with our brand purpose.
You achieve this through planning, organizing, directing and influencing the Food & Beverage Team and operation. You provide and influence a personalised memorable experience in the outlets, by showing a genuine interest in the needs and preferences of the guest and delivering these in a confident manner.
You will be a hands-on player in the guest experience and work with the food and beverage team to deliver exceptional service.
Front of House Supervisor Job Responsibilities:
- Leading Front of House team to complete the daily work to ensure high standard service;
- Daily Store inspection, ask customers for their reviews and suggestions promptly, and ensure efficient rectification and improvement;
- Supervise Front of House team to complete daily tasks, keep the restaurant tidy and the environment in good condition;
- Properly handle customer dissatisfaction and complaints, and maintain corporate image;
- Cooperate with the marketing department of the headquarters to promote in-store marketing activities and promote sales.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Experience managing different style restaurant and bar operations
- A hands-on management style
- Strong leadership and team development qualities
- Excellent financial acumen and drive to achieve results
- Attention to detail with guest experiences
- Demonstrated leadership qualities
- Strong communication skills
- Proven work experience as a food & beverage supervisor and track record of success
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge, and understanding of the sequence of service
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Acute financial management skills
- Professional, presentable & positive attitude
