The Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate individual with unique skills and fresh ideas; who loves what they do and want to have fun doing it.

In this unique position you provide expertise in leadership, training, Learning and development across the Retail network as well as working proactively to address capability gaps and requirements.
A day in this position could see you...
- Scope, design, develop, facilitate and implement varied learning programs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts across the Retail and Wagering Division to develop relevant training content.
- Use instructional design methodologies to create learning programs that support adult learning principles (utilising eLearning, instructor-led training, and blended learning solutions where appropriate).
- Provide learning advice and solutions across varied stakeholder groups.
- Use internal learning management systems (LMS) and human resource information systems (HRIS) to support the reporting and analysis of Learning and Capability activities.
- Operate as a project lead for Learning and Capability initiatives and programs including stakeholder engagement, training design and development.
- Operate as a project lead and support for the ongoing implementation and evaluation of learning programs or activities including compliance training and learning manuals.
Qualifications
About You
- Extensive experience in the facilitation of training and Learning and development initiatives via face-to-face and online delivery methods.
- Demonstrated experience in eLearning design, development and LMS administration.
- Experience in training and instructional design in an adult learning environment for diverse learner groups.
- Ability to provide training, Learning and development guidance and advice.
- Experience project managing learning initiatives through to delivery.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the demonstrated ability to engage and influence outcomes with a broad range of stakeholders at different operating levels.
- Demonstrated pragmatic problem-solving skills in a team environment.
- Organisational skills to manage and lead varied consecutive Learning and development projects.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is highly desirable
- Role model the organisational values.
- Effectively communicate organisational messages.
- Develop and manage budgets.
