We have an exciting opportunity available for a hands-on Shopping Centre Manager who is driven, focused and has the ability to lead a small team on a sub-regional Shopping Centre, working directly for the property owner.
You will be a well-rounded Centre Manager that has the ability to wear multiple hats and can deliver on expectations. You will be a team player and leader who is passionate about retail property, has the ability to think outside the square and wants to make a difference.
Duties:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Shopping Centre
- Financial Management including annual budget preparation and audits, tenant arrears, monthly accruals, accounts payable and monthly/quarterly reporting
- Oversee the facilities management of contractors on site, including working with reviewing contracts and tendering
- Manage policies and procedures in line with owner objectives
- Cultivate positive relationships with tenants and address their concerns promptly and professionally
- Direct experience as a Centre Manager managing a single Shopping Centre (or a small portfolio)
- Strong understanding of Facilities Management and Marketing
- High level of financial acumen
- Have the ability to manage all stakeholders’ expectations, both internal and external
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
