Store Manager (Wonthaggi Store)

Negotiable salary package dependent on experience - incl company vehicle
The main purpose of this role will be to grow the current customer base, manage day-to-day store operations and ensure that a high level of customer service is maintained.
Lightique is a local family owned and operated lighting retail and online business initially established in Wonthaggi in 1989. It continues to go from strength to strength with the opening of its 2nd store in Cowes in 2017.
What will you do:
• Product visual merchandising
• Liaise with customers and contractors to enhance customer service and exceed expectations
• Ensuring that administration paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely fashion
• Ensuring that customers orders run smoothly from initial order placement
• Ensure that there is streamlined communications between electricians, customers and Lightique
• Maintaining a positive relationship between Lightique and our suppliers
• Follow up new enquiries and creating new leads
From time to time, you may be required to visit potential customers within their home or at a new build to determine lighting needs.
What we are looking for:
• Sales experience
• Punctual and reliable
• Team player as well as the ability to work autonomously when required
• Strong commitment to high standards of customer service (going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer if need be!)
• A great eye for detail and creativity
