AddressProud Plumbing and Gas are a family owned business in Perth WA, We are seeking an experienced receptionist with great customer service skills.
This is a full time position Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm in our SOR office based in Perth. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Answering incoming phone calls with excellent customer service
- Email Communications
- Permit Submissions
- Take client details for scheduler
- Perform general reception tasks
Requirments:
- Experience in Trade reception role preferred
- Service M8 Experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Time management skills and multitasking abilities
- Organisation skills and attention to detail
- Valid WA drivers license
