The Tree Shop is a Retail Nursery located at 375 Canterbury Rd Surrey Hills.
The successful applicant will contribute to, collaborate with, and be supported by our highly credentialled Management Team to invigorate our mature tree Retail Nursery. We hope to drive our position as Melbourne’s leading retail outlet in this specialised market.
You will also work with, and be supported by our passionate nursery people that have been instrumental in growing the brand and reputation of the Tree Shop since inception.
This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for the preferred candidate.

The successful candidate will need:
- Minimum of Diploma Cert III in horticulture
- Significant experience in retail nurseries and merchandising
- Experience working with and managing people
- Business Management and team development experience will be beneficial
- Garden, plant advisory experience will be beneficial
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Current Full Driver’s licence
- A positive and enthusiastic disposition
- An eye for detail
Depending on experience and qualifications an attractive remuneration package is offered for the successful candidates.
