About the Role
The role of the Property Manager is to manage all elements of property with relation to our machine placements. You’ll work closely to manage the relationship with sites, and to support our senior leaders.
This role would suit someone looking for a new challenge, to leverage their well developed property skills and experience of Retail Property management, with a new twist. This role is based in the CBD, and will require some travel locally and interstate.
Typical Property Manager responsibilities include:
- Administration and relationship management of property portfolio
- Reporting on and address machine performance across national network
- Identifying opportunities to optimise business results (via new machine locations, relocations and machine upgrade opportunities)
- Coordinating between internal and external stakeholders/ customers to ensure alignment with agreed Property action plans
- Managing contracts, leasing and licencing agreements
- Administering property related budgets
About You
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Strong administrative skills and action orientation
- Experience in Retail Property (this is essential)
- Strong relationship management skills
- Alignment to CoinOps Company Values
