Close to cafes, restaurants and easy on street parking. This office has little staff turnover, they are a close knit bunch and are looking for someone who will be a nice fit to the team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Executive portfolio of 160 properties - all properties in the BONDI area
• Attending Tribunal
• Landlord & tenant liaison
• Rent increases
• Arrears management
• No leasing
• No accounts
Skills and experience required for the role:
• A current certificate of registration/Real Estate License is essential
• 3+ years experience
• Your own vehicle & a valid drivers license
• Strong Communication skills
• Immaculately presented
• Strong knowledge of Property Tree or Property Me would be ideal
