AN EXCITING CAREER OPPORTUNITY EXISTS FOR STORE MANAGERS AND ASSISTANT MANAGERS TO JOIN OUR COMPANY AND MANAGE OUR BUSY JIM KIDD SPORTS STORES.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring store presentation is kept up to company standards
- Rostering staff to meet operational and cost efficiencies in line with weekly budgets
- Preparing weekly sales reports
- Ensuring weekly advertisements are stocked and promoted in store
- Provide exceptional customer service and coach the team to deliver the same
The ideal candidate would possess the following:
- 2-3 years retail management / assistant management experience
- Passion for retail & customer service
- Strong leadership & communication skills
