Primary Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Development:

• Recruit, hire, and train qualified staff members.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to ensure team members reach their full potential.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.

Operational Excellence:

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and procedures.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Client Relations and Sales Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients and contract managers.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and execute sales initiatives to achieve targets and KPIs.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Communication and Reporting:

• Effectively communicate company standards, goals, and expectations to team members.
• Liaise with management on operational issues, staffing needs, and performance metrics.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales performance, operational metrics, and customer feedback.

Customer Service Excellence:

• Always ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Lead by example in providing personalized and attentive service to every customer interaction.
