Australian's fastest growing recruitment firm, we are expanding our team and are now seeking an experienced RTW Manager / advisor and Injury Management Specialist team member in our Bella Vista office.
The Role:
- Safeguarding and Return To Work of injured employees
- To manage and develop integral relationships for the business in relation to Injury Management including medical professionals, clients, internal departments and brokers.
- CRM management in line with company policy, procedures and legislation.
- Economical assessment and forecasting of current claim portfolio in line with early intervention and strategic Injury Management.
- Attend medical appointments, medical bookings & site visits where required.
About you:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and To Work to deadlines.
- Self-motivated starter with the ability To Work within a team or autonomously.
- Previous experience in Injury Management or a similar role including insurance, physiotherapy, HSEQ industries.
- Positive, easy going attitude, with excellent people skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with a high level of attention to detail.
