Goodstart Early Learning is currently seeking an experienced Revenue Manager. This is a vital role reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for overall revenue quality, compliance and analysis across the organization. This position will play a key role in assisting the organisation with achieving short and long-term strategy aiming to increase overall revenues and to maximise Goodstart returns. Your input on market comparison, timely identification of issues and improvements, participating in pricing strategy/reviews, and analysing/understanding/supporting potential impacts in real time will see you succeed.
Your Impact:
- Maximising revenue quality and minimising leakage.
- Revenue governance related to all Goodstart revenue streams, with a particular focus on CCS. This includes CCS related compliance in relation to reporting and similar.
- Reporting and analysis on historical and future revenue impacts to Senior Management and Board.
- Monitoring performance against business plans by analysing data and providing comprehensive insight into performance drivers.
- Monitoring monthly revenue performance across divisions and business units; conducting data mining and analysis.
- Organising and supervising finance systems in order to ensure timely and accurate production of accounts and reports.
- Providing analysis and commentary regarding revenue aspects of accounts and financial reports.
- Responsible as the Business Owner (strategic, operation and compliance) of systems and revenue process
- Supporting and monitoring the organisation's XAP specialist team and services

- A relevant tertiary, business-related qualification or similar
- Substantial experience and capability in relevant fields or equivalent commensurate experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the financial and revenue analysis
- Good understanding of Early Learning sector revenue and pricing (or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to adopt an innovative approach to business challenges with a resilient style.
- Demonstrated leadership skills to drive high performance, high engagement and high purpose teams.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, change management skills.
