THE ROLE
We're looking for a dynamic Revenue manager to lead our Yield and Promotions team who are responsible for ensuring optimal and profitable financial performance of our global touring programme. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, this role would suit someone with revenue management experience in the travel, tourism or hospitality sector (hotel, airline or cruise).
This role requires close collaboration with our product team and other parts of the commercial team and will help to grow our revenue management capabilities.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Analysing sales performance and tracking to forecast
- Make promotion / pricing recommendations
- Facilitate changes to inventory to maximise utilisation
- Review promotion strategy in multiple source markets
- Inventory management of Groups
- Identify new opportunities to generate revenue such as cabin upgrades
- Working closely with product, pricing and commercial to improve financial performance
- Contribute to new projects and opportunities to improve commercial performance
- Develop our revenue management capabilities and train the team
- Lead the yield and promotions team
YOUR SKILLS
- Experience in revenue management strategies
- Previous revenue management experience in the hospitality, tourism or travel sector
- Knowledge of the intricacies of financial decisions and their outcome
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality output
- Analyst performance data and take actions to change performance
- Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with internal stakeholders
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
