If, so we encourage you to apply for the Operations Manager - Revenue Services!This is a Full Time position based based in new purpose built offices at 635 Elizabeth Street, reporting to the General Manager Revenue Services.Your new role:In this pivotal role, you will play a key leadership role in the Revenue Services department. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Billing, Collections and Cashier functions, ensuring timely and accurate revenue generation.

• This is an exciting oppourtunity for a highly motivated leader to make a real impact!
• In this role, you will be a key player in identifying and implementing innovative solutions to optimise billing, cashiering and collections across the RMH
• Oversee the entire revenue cycle, ensuring accurate patient fee revenue generation and adherence to regulations
• Leading and motivating your team, maximising revenue generation, and fostering a positive work environment
• Minimising unallocated deposits, ensuring billing compliance and managing debtor performance.

• Do you possess experiance working with RPA and other digital solutions in a Revenue/Finance setting?
• Do you have a strong understanding of the health billing regulatory framework?
