As a Sr Director / Director of Revenue Operations for our APJ region, you will report to our Global VP of Revenue Operations. The Sr Dir/ Director of Sales Operations is an expert for the business and an operational steward in analyzing and optimizing go-to-market strategy. You will work with sales management to build a scalable, high-growth go-to-market strategy. Vital to this role is the ability to provide thoughtful operational insight supported by deep, quantitative analysis.
Responsibilities
- Be a trusted thought leader to our senior sales & revenue leaders in our APAC and JPN regions
- Partner with Finance on compensation design tied to our strategy and goals
- Develop and maintain a sales territory hierarchy
- Create and promote adoption of a more rigorous forecasting model & drive the weekly forecast call and ensure forecast accuracy
- Review the pipeline with the sales team and ensure the pipeline hygiene is maintained all the time
- Oversee
- Create GTM collaboration strategies with sales leaders and finance
- Manage the operating plan and territory planning activities
- Display competency with our data in Salesforce, in-house data warehouse, and other data sources
- Cross-functional alignment with Legal, Finance, Marketing, Product, Services and HR
- Understand our licensing model and our buyers and their buying patterns; help construct customer-centric processes
- Eight or more years of sales operations, analytics, financial or consulting experience
- Leadership and Team management experience
