About The Role
The Risk Business Partner – Digital role, is an exciting new role dedicated to bringing the refreshed Enterprise Risk Management System to life for the Digital Division. You will build and deliver a trusted partnership with Digital and provide strategic risk challenge and advice and guidance, supporting the Division to build a strong, proactive and future-focussed risk management capability. This role will help drive top class risk execution experience and outcomes across the organisation.
What You Will Be Doing
Reporting to the Group Manager, Risk and Compliance, the role will provide enterprise risk leadership to implement the risk operating rhythm to ensure regular integrated approach to the oversight of risk and compliance including cyber, disaster recovery, business continuity, and audit matters including emerging risks at leadership team level.
What You Will Bring To The Role
- Extensive experience in risk management in medium/large complex organisations.
- Proven experience of IT risk frameworks e.g., NIST, ISO27001, ISACA Risk IT Framework
- Demonstrated experience of practicing risk management in IT functions or Divisions.
- Proven ability to understand operational risk (including IT risk) and compliance risks inherent and emerging in the business.
- Qualifications in IT Risk management e.g., ISACA qualifications – CRISC, CISM
- Qualifications in ERM/risk management is desirable.
