Based at Macquarie Centre, the retail Risk & Compliance Manager will provide support to the Operations Manager and site team, driving the Risk & Compliance objectives for the asset. The role is a 50/50 split between risk and compliance, with lots of variety. You will manage all onsite Risk & Compliance requirements, including staff training, contractor onboarding, licence renewals, plant renewals, delivering on statutory requirements and emergency training.

Safety Management, training and development.
Incident & Claims Management.
Financial Management.
Legal and statutory obligations.
About You
You will be an adaptable, flexible, and driven Rick & Compliance professional, with experience in retail environments. You possess the confidence to facilitate training, are comfortable with technology and know how to balance the strategic and operational elements of the role. A key to your success full be:
Risk and compliance management.
Developing strategies to ensure personal safety and the safety of others in the workplace.
Managing the relationship with contract service providers and/or retailers, including negotiation, interpretation, and application of agreements.
Understanding and applying diverse processes and systems and links multiple processes and procedures to obtain an outcome.
Developing existing processes and procedures to generate efficiencies, improve service delivery and minimise risk.
Monitoring and challenging business processes to ensure Dexus is compliant with all regulatory, legal and commercial requirements and standards.
Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline.
