In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in identifying tooling and training requirements, ensuring the profitability and efficiency of our operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Enhance customer interaction, building strong working relationships with key operational staff.
· Ensure timely completion of all work within planned timeframes.
· Manage key customer relationships.
· Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement.
· Monitor processes and report on warranty developments, including factory reworks.
· Ensure all related documentation is up-to-date and processed correctly.
· Investigate and resolve customer problems and site-related issues, exceeding customer expectations.
· Take charge of the quality of work performed, coordinating technicians to meet on-time delivery.
· Monitor job costs continually and report as required.
· Identify areas for training and standardisation of work practices.
Qualifications/Experience:
· Trade certificate (or verification/demonstration of competency & other qualifications).
· Driver’s license.
· Excellent service communication skills.
· Customer focus.
· Ability to work as part of a team and drive a learning culture for technicians.
· Ability to work independently.
· Ability to interact with all internal stakeholders as well as customers.
