ABOUT YOU:
Our purpose-built centers are designed to provide a clean and inclusive environment that fosters children’s innate love of learning and positive social development.
As a Room Leader at our Chipping Norton service, you will lead by example, creating an environment where learning thrives. Your role will involve delivering high-quality programs, monitoring and documenting children's progress, ensuring each child's individual portfolio reflects their development journey. Mentoring and guiding less experienced educators will be a key part of your role, as you strive to create a cohesive and supportive team. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will maintain open and transparent channels with team members, children, and families. Your collaborative nature will be evident as you work with colleagues to enhance our educational programs and contribute to the effective operation of the service.
TO THRIVE YOU WILL NEED:
- Previous experience working in a childcare setting
- Diploma level qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
- A genuine love for making a meaningful impact on a child’s learning experience
- Strong communication skills
