Your New Role
You will be responsible for ensuring that Cara’s agency invoicing is accurate and efficient for billing purposes. Ensuring rosters are reflective of changes to service provision, including but not limited to shift variations, additions, cancellations, and passive to active variations.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders including, but not limited to: Client Services, Finance, Cara Connect and Rostering to ensure accurate details for agency payments and client billing.
- Proactively identify discrepancies with invoices and rectify with agency partners.
- Accurate and efficient entries to rosters for correct client billing.
- Tracking service provision in relation to client funding arrangements.
- Accurately reflect shift variations, cancellations, shift additions and collaborate with internal stakeholders on changes.
- Effective and collaborative communication to drive success against key responsibilities.
Skills & Experience
- Desirable but not essential. Possess tertiary qualifications relevant to the role, including but not limited to: Workforce Management, Business, Finance.
- Knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with incoming and outbound phone calls.
- Highly developed interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of and commitment to person-centred practice and human rights principles.
- Well-developed computer literacy, including proficiency in use of CRM systems, rostering systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Essential Criteria
- Current NDIS Worker Check (or willing to acquire).
- You have the rights to work in Australia.
- Some out of hour’s work might be required.
