An exciting opportunity has risen for a Rostering and Administration officer role within the Rex Airlines Airport team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has a strong initiative, a desire to add value to the business and is interested in a long-term role within an expanding Airport team.
Key selection criteria:
Demonstrates experience in rostering/payroll systems
Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
Task driven and focused with an ability to time manage, priorities and multi task
Strong administration skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Ability to work independently and in a team
Well presented with a professional and friendly mannerism
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Duties include but not limited to:
Play a pivotal role in the management of the staff rosters and the administration of the rostering/payroll system and employee leave planners
Managing all telephone calls in a professional and polite manner
Provide Administrative support to the Airport Manager
Establishing and maintain systems and processes for all administrative areas of the office/Airport facilities
Handle and store sensitive information appropriately
Prepare and maintain internal Airline billing records
General ad-hoc duties where assigned
Candidate requirements:
Previous Rostering experience is preferable
Previous payroll experience is preferable
Excellent communication skills and confidence to handle all employee enquiries Strong computer skills including all Microsoft office suite
