THE ROLE
Coordinate clients services and members schedules to ensure that all clients receive quality services in a timely manner.
- Work with key stakeholders providing relevant information from initial requests to end of services.
- Action and document phones calls and/or communication as to relates to schedule – last minute sick leave, rostering, requests changes and client enquiries.
- Monitor and actioning of email/phone call requests for new/changes to client schedules.
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

This is a role that needs a go-getter with a drive for growth and success. Someone who is passionate about healthcare and has a hunger for driving business growth.
- Previous rostering/scheduling experience is desirable
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with others in a warm and helpful manner
- Open to learning new things under pressure
- A positive person with a can-do attitude
