We have a workforce of approximately 630 employees across 6 sites and in the community, we are recognized for our exceptional person-centred care.About the roleThis is a permanent opportunity to join Bene Aged Care’s Rostering team as a Rostering Officer part-time (approx. 0.6 FTE) at St. Agnes Residential Aged Care facility.Your part in Bene Aged Care Coordinate the rostering of new employees regarding induction and buddy shifts by the Policy and direction given. Daily roster management by amending to accommodate changes. Ensures fortnightly roster projections, distribution and publishing Planned and unplanned leave processing and the associated general administration Auditing staff timesheets for payroll processing Exceptional customer service, along with a friendly and confident phone manner. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Use software relevant to rostering duties and written communication.What makes a difference for us?
