About The Role
As the Routine Inspection Manager you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality of our client's residential properties. You will conduct thorough inspections to identify cleanliness, maintenance needs, safety hazards, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies. Your keen eye for detail and proactive communication skills will ensure that our client's properties are in top condition, providing a positive experience for both tenants and owners.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of managed residential properties.
- Identify maintenance issues, safety hazards, and cleaning concerns.
- Document findings with photographs and detailed notes using digital tools.
- Communicate inspection results to property owners, landlords, and tenants.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with staff and management staff
- Ensure compliance with lease agreements, property regulations.
- Maintain records of inspection reports, maintenance activities, and communications.
Attributes and Skills Required
- 2 years experience in property management or real estate inspections is required
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in digital inspection tools and software.Rest Professional and Property Tree
