Toowoomba City Realty is seeking a reliable, practical person with a can do attitude and a good sense of humour. 

We have a full time position (negotiable) available and the ideal candidate may or may not have Property Manager experience. 

The ideal candidate must strive to have exceptional customer service, be reliable and have high attention to detail.

The Role

• Manage and build relationships with owners and tenants
• Conduct routine inspections
• Work closely as part of a team 
• Conduct ingoing and outgoing inspections
• Management of repairs and maintenance
• Learn and understand legislative requirements
