What the role involves:
Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry document management.
- Process enrolments.
- Produce and post certificates.
- Work with and operate database software and admin portals.
- Management of day-to-day spreadsheets.
- Data entry to government websites and data bases.
- Monitor website and phone enquiries.
- Proof read documents.
- Reporting directly to the CEO.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication.
- Perform other administrative tasks to contribute to the smooth running of the office.
To be successful, you must have and provide the following:
- Full Australian working rights (Citizenship or Permanent Residency).
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an mining industry RTO.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite applications.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
