Job description

ACA Training seeking an experienced, proactive and professional Administration Officer for an exciting new opportunity with a prominent mining industry RTO in Western Australia. 

This role offers a great opportunity for someone with previous RTO administrative experience in the mining sector looking for a more flexible Work From Home (WFH) arrangement, and a manageable 40 hours per week. 

As an Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in providing support to the team while maintaining a professional demeanour. If you have exceptional organisational skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite, possess excellent phone skills, and have a passion for supporting growth within the mining industry, we encourage you to apply!

What the role involves:

Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry document management.

  • Process enrolments.
  • Produce and post certificates.
  • Work with and operate database software and admin portals.
  • Management of day-to-day spreadsheets. 
  • Data entry to government websites and data bases.
  • Monitor website and phone enquiries.
  • Proof read documents.
  • Reporting directly to the CEO. 
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication.
  • Perform other administrative tasks to contribute to the smooth running of the office.

To be successful, you must have and provide the following: 

  • Full Australian working rights (Citizenship or Permanent Residency).
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an mining industry RTO.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite applications.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
