Foresite Group is a leading provider in training, assessment and licensing for industry through our two RTOs; Arbortrim Australia and Foresite Training.
Due to growth in the business we are seeking to add to our team with a Full time position available for an Administration Officer at our Hallam campus located in Melbourne South Eastern suburbs.
The role:
- Responding to and managing a range of student enquiries and issues
- Coordinating and scheduling classes
- Preparing student and trainer paperwork for courses
- Data entry of student enrolments, attendance and student completions
- Auditing student files for compliance
- Accessing Vic Roads and WorkSafe Victoria portals and processing data
- General customer service
To be successful you will possess:
- Demonstrated administration experience
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Great communication skills to deal with a range of student enquiries
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good time management and organisation skills
- VETtrak experience an advantage but not essential
- RTO & Skills first contract knowledge an advantage but not essential
- Will require current WWCC and Police check
