Job description

We seek a highly motivated and organised individual to become a valuable member of our Training Services Team, based in our Scoresby office in Melbourne.  The successful candidate will have strong administration skills, be customer-focused and have excellent attention to detail preferably within an RTO (Registered Training Organisation).  We will provide the right candidate with training which will encompass all aspects of Training Services

The Position

  • Ensure all administrative processes are followed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Handle incoming calls and address client inquiries and emails.
  • Support in the enrollment, completion, and issuance of certificates for students.
  • Receipt and process student assessments and class records.
  • Ensure training course documentation is effectively filed or archived. 
  • Support trainers by helping with administrative responsibilities and preparing training materials, as well as managing flight and accommodation arrangements. 
  • Manage training logistics and equipment freighting.
  • Effectively prioritise the receipt of materials, maintaining logs and replenishing of equipment ensuring materials are returned by trainers in a timely manner.
  • Provide other administration support to the Training Services team.

The Person

You must have:

  • A high attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A commitment to quality and getting things done right.
  • Willingness to work in a team where accountability is shared; and
  • A firm belief that you can excel in this role and a desire to learn about our industry.

You may have:

  • Previous experience in Administration functions in a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
  • Previous experience with aXcelerate (preferred)
  • An understanding of the Australian Energy Industry.
