Simple Solutions Training and Consulting is a values-based organisation located in Hervey Bay on the beautiful Fraser Coast. We are a Registered Training Organisation and Registered NDIS Provider. Our RTO service is well-established and flourishing thanks to our fantastic team and we are now looking to for an RTO Manager to join our team.
Our RTO Manager will be an enthusiastic professional who will have a range of skills and knowledge including:
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the Australian Skills Quality Authority, training packaging requirements, AVETMISS and experience with government funded programs
- Knowledge of State & Federal Training funding
- Demonstrated successful experience in managing and leading a team of professionals, in an RTO environment, in pursuit of excellence in service quality and delivery.
- Experience in business development and grant, tender or proposal writing
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal, negotiation and communications with the ability to interact with all levels of staff, employee representatives, legal practitioners and other stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain composure, balance workload and conflicting priorities and effectively handle difficult situations.
- The ability to develop effective relationships with senior management and staff and maintain trust and confidence, and act in a fair and impartial manner to achieve outcomes.
- Demonstrated organisational, project management and administrative skills including the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Possess high levels of integrity and professionalism to support our values and mission
- Be able to adapt quickly to a changing environment
The person we are going to welcome to this role will have the following qualifications or equivalent experience:
- TAE40116/122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher in a relevant qualification
- Working with Children Card (Blue Card)
- Yellow Card (or ability to get one)
- Criminal History Check
- Driver’s License
- Meet the legislative requirements for the Fit and Proper Person
