About the role

We are looking for a Rural Products Sales Representative to join the Innisfail team on a permanent, full time basis.

As an Elders Rural Products Sales Representative, your expert product knowledge and customer service skills will enable you to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including finding new opportunities for them to explore. You will also assist the team to complete relevant sales administration and stock management, including receiving stock and delivering customer orders.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, recommending the Elders range of products and services that will strengthen the growth of their business
• Proactively source new business and customers within the region
• Achieve sales KPI's and targets
• Provide exceptional customer service with regular follow up, call cycles and farm visits
• Supporting inventory management, including assisting in stocktake and dispatch
• Processing sales and performing sales quotes

About you

• Are comfortable and thrive in a collaborative working environment
• Are passionate about effecting real change for both your clients and your community
• Have technical seasonal and Rural Products knowledge to support clients
• Have a proven track record in sales, including retail sales skills
• Have an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future clients
• Have a current driver's license.
• Hold or are willing to obtain, a MR/HR truck license and forklift license.
