THE ROLE
An exciting full-time opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic candidate has arisen in our growing, high-performance business, working as part of a small, friendly, supportive and efficient team with a great work culture. Comprehensive training and support will be provided.
As a Client Account Manager your role and duties would include:
- Maintaining the highest standards of customer service, reliability, and processing efficiency at all times
- Sales Management - working closely with the production team and reporting to the Business Manager
- Acting as a first point of contact for customers, couriers, and guests (via phone, email and in-person interaction)
- Key account management tasks - managing the ongoing needs of our clients promptly and efficiently
- Generating customer quotes and artwork proofs
- Issuing purchase orders
- Approving artwork references and managing the production schedule
- Invoicing completed jobs and supporting our accounts department with accounts payable/receivable tasks
- General reception/administration tasks
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful applicant would have the following skills/experience:

- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, demanding environment and multi-task/meet deadlines

- The ability to work unsupervised and as part of a friendly passionate and successful team
- The ability to show initiative, enthusiasm and punctuality
- Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrates a proven history or achieving sales targets
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite - highly regarded
- Experience with XERO accounting software – highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role – highly regarded
