Building & Construction Other Sydney Permanent / Full Time Career defining role Excellent Progression Opportunities Western Sydney Redpath Partners are partnering with a highly regarded tier 2 civil contractor to assist them in recruiting a Safety Coordinator to be based in the Western suburbs of Sydney.   This role is vital in influencing Project Managers to achieve health, safety, environment and quality (HSEQ) excellent.

You will be a natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills and strong technical expertise to; Steer the development and implementation of HSEQ standards that align with compliance and due diligence requirements Undertake audits and inspections Work closely with senior management to prepare reports Motivate and educate employees to champion best practice use of  systems Develop work method statements, project plans and inspection and test plans Implement system changes and improvements to demonstrate continuous improvement.
